These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Judicial District of Lima, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
10. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any judicial proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. Users may file complaints with the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property Protection (INDECOPI) in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571).
